This particular passage from chapter 3 of Romans reminds me of how damaging what we say and what we speak can be. Whether it be gossip, slander, or even not speaking up in a situation, our words, or the lack of them, can be cruel and tear others apart in the worst way. May we always speak truth, know the way to peace, and use our mouths to speak with nothing but love and kindness to others. This also goes for self talk and treating and honoring ourselves with dignity as well.
